现在别急着买，等两年绝对有好处，听我的没错的，我朋友就是搞房地产的，现在日子越来越难过了。抢购房子只是表象，一定要对中国普通家庭的购买力有个清晰的定位。

现在政府的矛盾是目前大量房贷来自银行，房价硬着陆会使国家蒙受损失，而房价泡沫太多国家经济和普通百姓又难以承受，因此，软着陆是不二的选择。

现在中央的策略是稳住房价，接下来几年大力度给百姓涨工资，让房价隐形下跌。
